WHITE ITALIAN STYLE RICE OR ARBORIO RICE (1/2 BAG)
1 TEASPOON SEA SALT
BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE
PAPRIKA, SPRINKLED
500 ML REAL MAYONNAISE
2 CELERY STALKS CHOPPED
2 CARROTS CHOPPED
½ CUP PARLSEY CHOPPED
1 RED PEPPER DICED
1 MEDIUM RED ONION CHOPPED
DIRECTIONS
- BOIL ½ BAG OF WHITE ITALIAN STYLE RICE OR ARBORIO RICE, ADD SALT WHILE COOKING THEN STRAIN AND LET IT COOL DOWN
- MEANWHILE, DICE UP 2 CELERY STALKS, 2 CARROTS, 1 RED PEPPER, 1 MEDIUM RED ONION
- ONCE RICE HAS COOLED, PLACE IN A LARGE BOWL AND ADD THE DICED VEGGIES, AS WELL AS CHOPPED PARSLEY, 500ML REAL MAYONNAISE AND BLACK PEPPER
- MIX WELL, THEN SPRINKLE SOME PAPRIKA ON TOP AND REFRIGERATE
TIP: TASTES EVEN BETTER IF PREPARED THE NIGHT BEFORE
