BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE

CHILI FLAKES (OPTIONAL)

2 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL

DIRECTIONS

  • FIRST YOU NEED TO REMOVE SOME OF THE STEMS FROM THE RAPINI
  • AFTER WASHING IT WELL, YOU ADD IT TO A LARGE POT OF BOILING SALTED WATER
  • COOK FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES AND THEN YOU CAN ADD YOUR PASTA
  • COOK UNTIL AL DENTE, USUALLY 7-10 MINUTES DEPENDING ON PACKAGE DIRECTIONS
  • MEANWHILE, HEAT UP A SMALL FRYING PAN WITH OLIVE OIL, GARLIC AND CHILI FLAKES
  • YOU CAN REMOVE SOME OF THE PASTA WATER TO ABOUT HALF
  • ADD THE HOT OIL MIXTURE TO THE COOKED PASTA
