2 CLOVES GARLIC, CUT IN HALF
1 TEASPOON SALT
BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE
CHILI FLAKES (OPTIONAL)
2 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL
DIRECTIONS
- FIRST YOU NEED TO REMOVE SOME OF THE STEMS FROM THE RAPINI
- AFTER WASHING IT WELL, YOU ADD IT TO A LARGE POT OF BOILING SALTED WATER
- COOK FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES AND THEN YOU CAN ADD YOUR PASTA
- COOK UNTIL AL DENTE, USUALLY 7-10 MINUTES DEPENDING ON PACKAGE DIRECTIONS
- MEANWHILE, HEAT UP A SMALL FRYING PAN WITH OLIVE OIL, GARLIC AND CHILI FLAKES
- YOU CAN REMOVE SOME OF THE PASTA WATER TO ABOUT HALF
- ADD THE HOT OIL MIXTURE TO THE COOKED PASTA
