1 GREEN BELL PEPPER (sliced long)

1 YELLOW BELL PEPPER (sliced long)

1 RED ONION (sliced long)

1 TEASPOON SEA SALT

BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE

2 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL

 

DIRECTIONS

HEAT OIL IN MEDIUM SIZE FRYING PAN

ADD THE ONION

COOK FOR 2-3 MINUTES

ADD ALL THE SLICED PEPPERS

ADD SALT AND PEPPER

STIR OFTEN TILL TENDER
