1 ONION, DICED
2 CUPS FROZEN PEAS & CARROTS
2 TBSP. SOYA SAUCE
1 WHOLE CAULIFLOWER (GRATED)
2 EGGS, BEATEN
SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
DIRECTIONS
HEAT UP COCONUT OIL IN A LARGE FRYING PAN
ADD THE ONION AND COOK FOR 2-3 MINUTES
ADD THE PEAS & CARROTS AND MIX WELL
THEN ADD THE GRATED CAULIFLOWER, MIXING AND COOKING FOR ANOTHER 5 MINUTES AND LOW HEAT
IN THE SAME FRYING PAN, MOVE OVER THE MIXTURE TO ONE SIDE AND ADD THE EGGS, SCRAMBLING THEM AND MIXING EVERYTHING TOGETHER COMBINING WELL
ADD THE SOYA SAUCE, MIXING ONE LAST TIME
