3 BANANAS (MASHED)

3 EGGS

1/2 CUP BROWN RICE FLOUR

2 TBSP. ALL NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER

1 TSP. PURE VANILLA

1 TSP. ALUMINUM FREE BAKING POWDER

CHOPPED WALNUTS FOR TOPPING, OPTIONAL

 

DIRECTIONS

MASH THE BANANAS IN A MEDIUM SIZE MIXING BOWL, LEAVING SOME LUMPS.  ADD THE VANILLA AND PEANUT BUTTER, MIX TO COMBINE.  NOW ADD THE EGGS AND BAKING POWDER, MIXING WELL

IF BATTER IS TOO THICK, ADD A BIT OF WATER.  IF IT’S TOO THIN, ADD A BIT MORE FLOUR

GREASE & HEAT UP YOUR GRILL, ADD YOUR BATTER, FLIPPING OVER WHEN YOU SEE BUBBLES.

MAKES 10 AVERAGE SIZE PANCAKES
