1 CUP OF WHIPPING CREAM

BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE

¼ CUP GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE

2 TABLESPOONS FLOUR (I PREFER TO USE WHITE RICE FLOUR SINCE IT’S GLUTEN FREE)

DIRECTIONS

  • HEAT 2 TBSP. BUTTER WITH 1 TBSP. OLIVE OIL
  • ADD 2 TBSP. OF FLOUR, WHISK ON LOW HEAT
  • ADD 1 CUP OF VEGETABLE BROTH
  • THEN 1 CUP OF WHIPPING CREAM
  • KEEP WHISKING UNTIL THICKENED (ABOUT 5 MIN.) AND ADD BLACK PEPPER AND GRATED CHEESE
