2 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
1 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL
1 CUP OF VEGETABLE BROTH
1 CUP OF WHIPPING CREAM
BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE
¼ CUP GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
2 TABLESPOONS FLOUR (I PREFER TO USE WHITE RICE FLOUR SINCE IT’S GLUTEN FREE)
DIRECTIONS
- HEAT 2 TBSP. BUTTER WITH 1 TBSP. OLIVE OIL
- ADD 2 TBSP. OF FLOUR, WHISK ON LOW HEAT
- ADD 1 CUP OF VEGETABLE BROTH
- THEN 1 CUP OF WHIPPING CREAM
- KEEP WHISKING UNTIL THICKENED (ABOUT 5 MIN.) AND ADD BLACK PEPPER AND GRATED CHEESE
TURN OFF HEAT
