3-4 ZUCCHINI (LONG THIN SLICES)

2-3 LARGE EGGPLANTS (LONG THIN SLICES)

3 JARS OF TOMATO PUREE SAUCE (TO BE COOKED)

1 MOZZARELLA BALL (SHREDDED)

1 CUP ASIAGO CHEESE (SHREDDED)

DIRECTIONS

1ST YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE YOU SAUCE HAS BEEN COOKED (RECIPE IS ON MY WEBSITE)

PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES F.

USING A LARGE OVEN PAN, PLACE SOME SAUCE ON THE BOTTOM, ENOUGH TO COVER THE PAN

THEN PLACE A LAYER OF LASAGNA SHEETS

THEN A LAYER OF GRILLED VEGGIES

THEN ASIAGO CHEESE

COVER A LAYER OF SAUCE

THEN LASAGNA SHEETS, FOLLOWING SAME STEPS AS ABOVE

ALWAYS TOPPING OFF WITH MORE SAUCE

FINAL LAYER SHOULD BE WITH LASAGNA SHEETS THEN MOZZARELLA AND MORE SAUCE

COVER WITH FOIL ALND BAKE FOR 1 HOUR.

LET SIT IN THE OVEN FOR 30 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.
