DIRECTIONS

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES F.

SAUTEE VEGGIES IN OLIVE OIL TILL SOFTENED, ABOUT 5 – 10 MINUTES, LET COOL

GREASE MUFFIN TINS WELL AND PLACE THE SAUTEED VEGGIES AT THE BOTTOM

MIX THE EGGS WELL ADDING SALT & PEPPER

EGG MIXTURE ON TOP (FILL ¾ FULL)

SPRINKLE SHREDDED CHEESE ON TOP

BAKE FOR 15 MINUTES
