DIRECTIONS

  • TRIM THE BEANS REMOVING THE STEMS
  • BLANCHE THE BEANS FOR ABOUT 2 MINUTES IN BOILING SALTED WATER, DRAIN
  • PLACE THE BEANS IN A MIXING BOWL AND ADD THE SALT, PEPPER AND OLIVE OIL AND GARLIC
