1 TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER
2 GARLIC CLOVES, SLICED
¼ CUP OLIVE OIL
DIRECTIONS
- TRIM THE BEANS REMOVING THE STEMS
- BLANCHE THE BEANS FOR ABOUT 2 MINUTES IN BOILING SALTED WATER, DRAIN
- PLACE THE BEANS IN A MIXING BOWL AND ADD THE SALT, PEPPER AND OLIVE OIL AND GARLIC
MIX WELL AND SERVE!
