1 CAN WHITE KIDNEY BEANS
1 CAN MIXED BEANS
1 CAN BLACK BEANS
1 CAN CORN NIBLETS
1 CAN SWEET PEAS
1 RED ONION (OPTIONAL)
1 RED PEPPER (DICED)
¼ CUP WHITE VINEGAR
¼ CUP OLIVE OIL
1 TEASPOON SEA SALT
1 TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER
½ TEASPOON OREGANO
¼ CUP PARSLEY, CHOPPED (OPTIONAL)
DIRECTIONS
- IN A COLANDER, RINSE ALL THE BEANS, PEAS AND CORN, DRAIN WELL
- PLACE IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL AND ADD YOUR ONION, PEPPER, SPICES, OIL AND VINEGAR
- MIX WELL AND REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT FOR MORE FLAVOUR, AS THE JUICES WILL COME TOGETHER.
