INGREDIENTS

6 Veal or Chicken cutlets

2 eggs

½ cup parsley, chopped

1 cup of bread crumbs

1 teaspoon sea salt

Black Pepper to taste

1 teaspoon Paprika

DIRECTIONS

Wash meat and put aside and drain

In a medium size bowl, add the eggs, salt, pepper, paprika and parsley, mixing well

Add the meat to the bowl, mixing well

Place bread crumbs on a plate and add the meat, coating well on both sides

Bake the cutlets on a greased cookie sheet in a preheated oven of 400 Degrees F. for about 20-30 minutes, turning once.
