1 cup All Natural Peanut Butter
2 very ripe bananas
1 organic egg
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp. pure vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of sea salt
Dark Chocolate chunks for topping (I used 5 for each muffin). Total of 40 chunks.
You can also add more chocolate chunks to the batter, if you want more of the chocolate taste!
Blend everything into a blender until smooth (except for the chocolate chunks)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Note: Batter will not be thick since there is no flour added.
Spoon batter into the greased muffin cups, fill to the top. Add your chocolate chunks on top of each muffin.
Bake for 20-25 minutes

*No added sugar
*Dairy Free (if you use dairy free chocolate chunks)
