1 MEDIUM ONION (SLICED)
3 CLOVES GARLIC (WHOLE)
WHITE WINE (1/2 CUP)
½ CUP PARSLEY (CHOPPED)
1 TEASPOON SEA SALT
BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE
1 TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER
GRAPESEED OIL (2 TABLESPOONS)
DIRECTIONS
GREASE A 9X13 BAKING DISH WITH GRAPESEED OIL
SEASON TILAPIA ON BOTH SIDES WITH SPICES, PLACE IN PAN
ADD THE GARLIC, ONION, PARSLEY AND WHITE WINE
BAKE AT 400 DEGREES F. FOR 30-40 MINUTES COVERED WITH FOIL
REMOVE FOIL FOR THE LAST 10 MINUTES
