Hello Chocolate Lovers! Looking for a healthy nutritional boost that will add creaminess to your favourite desserts. Well, that’s how I came up with this recipe and the addition of “avocado”.  Not to mention it’s health benefits.

Who says you can’t eat dessert while eating healthy?

This dessert recipe is:

Flourless

Guiltfree

Gluten Free

No added sugar

Dairy Free

Healthy

Antioxidant rich

The main reason I use dark chocolate to pretty much all of my desserts, is to add that extra health boost rather than just sugar! With all the natural sweetness of the banana and peanut butter who needs additional added sugar to desserts, I sure don’t!

This new blender recipe makes baking fun & easy.

MAKES 9 MUFFINS

AVOCADO CHOCOLATE BANANA MUFFINS

All you need is:

1 ripe avocado

2 ripe bananas

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tsp. pure vanilla

1 large egg

1/2 cup all natural peanut butter

1/2 cup quick cooking oats

2 tbsp. raw cacao powder

1/4 tsp. baking soda

pinch of sea salt

(Blend all ingredients until smooth)

*You may have to blend a few times until ingredients are fully incorporated*

Mix in 1/2 cup of quick cooking oats just to thicken the batter a bit (Using a spatula, mix well to combine)

Fill each muffin cup with batter and top with dark chocolate chips (I used quite a bit to cover each muffin)

Bake at 350 degrees F. oven for about 25 minutes or until tester comes out clean

Let cool completely before removing from muffin tins!

Enjoy!!!
