ON A MEDIUM SIZE SAUCE PAN, HEAT YOUR OIL AND ONION, COOKING AND STIRRING OFTEN FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES ON LOW HEAT
ADD YOUR TOMATO SAUCE, HEAT THROUGH
THEN ADD YOUR WHIPPING CREAM, STIRRING WELL
LASTLY, SLOWLY ADD YOUR VODKA (CAREFUL AS IT MIGHT CAUSE A FLAME AT THIS POINT)
SIMMER THE SAUCE FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES
