INGREDIENTS

Wild Salmon Fillets (1 per person)

¼ cup of Grapeseed Oil

1 teaspoon coarse sea salt

Black Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

Wash salmon fillets and pat dry with paper towel

Season with Salt & Pepper on both sides

Heat up a medium size frying pan and add fillets to hot oil, skin side up

Fry the salmon for 3-5 minutes on medium high heat

Carefully turn the salmon to the other side and cook for an additional 5 minutes

Turn off heat and check with thermometer on the thickest part of the fish, making sure it’s cooked through

Fish should be pink inside but flaky and not raw.

If fish is still soft on the inside, cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Place salmon fillets on paper towel and let rest for a few minutes.

Finally, add slices of lemon on top of each fillet
