Ingredients:

4 very ripe bananas

2 eggs (preferably organic)

1/2 cup coconut flour

1/2 cup all natural peanut butter

1 tsp. pure vanilla

1/2 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1 heaping tsp. cinnamon

1 heaping tbsp. raw cacao powder

1/4 tsp. sea salt

1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

dark chocolate shavings for topping (optional)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a medium size, mixing bowl, mash the bananas, add the vanilla, then with a mixer, start adding the eggs, one at a time, then add the applesauce, mixing well, put aside

In another mixing bowl, add the dry ingredients, the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, raw cacao, whisking well to combine

Now combine the wet ingredients into the dry, using a spatula, incorporating everything well

Add the mixture to the greased loaf pan 9 x 5 (grease bottom as well as along the sides of the loaf pan)

Sprinkle with dark chocolate shavings on top and additional sprinkled cinnamon (optional)

Bake at 350 degrees F. for about 35-40 minutes

Let cool before slicing!
