INGREDIENTS 

3 RIPE BANANAS

2 CUPS OF QUICK OATS (Gluten Free)

¼ CUP OF UNSWEETENED ALMOND MILK

1/3 CUP OF DARK CHOCOLATE CHIPS

¼ CUP OF UNSWEETENED SHREDDED COCONUT

3 TBSP. PURE MAPLE SYRUP

DIRECTIONS

IN A MEDIUM SIZE BOWL, MASH THE BANANAS, MIX IN THE OATS, MILK & MAPLE SYRUP WITH A SPATULA, COMBINE THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS WELL TOGETHER AND PRESSING DOWN TO INCORPORATE ALL THE INGREDIENTS.  IF YOU STILL FIND BATTER A LITTLE THICK, YOU CAN ADD A BIT MORE OF THE ALMOND MILK.

FORM BIG TABLESPOONS OF THE COOKIE BATTER ROUNDING IT OFF WITH YOUR HANDS AND PLACING THEM ON AN UNGREASED COOKIE SHEET

BAKE @ 350 DEGREES F. FOR 15 – 20 MINUTES
